• Smurfs & Rinks: Kindergarten, First, Second & Third grade
• Ponies: Fourth & Fifth grade
• Midgets: Sixth & Seventh grade
  

• Registration Fee: $275
• Raffle Ticket Buy-Out (Mandatory, per family): $100
• Jersey: $60 - For new players. Returning players can use jerseys from last season.
• Guardian Cap (Optional) - $50
• A 4 month payment plan is available

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate, report card and Insurance card must be uploaded at the time of registration.
• Physicals are to be completed and uploaded before our August 5th or your child will not be able to practice. You must use the physical form located under FORMS.
• To upload physicals after you are registered:
  • log into your account
  • Click on the pencil beside your child's name as shown below
  • Click the + beside Physical and upload document
  • Submit
• All NEW players are required to order a jersey, returning players can use their jerseys from last season. The Jersey size chart is located under FORMS.
• Families are required to print 10 Cougar Football Challenge letters (located under FORMS). These should be filled out, put into addressed/stamped envelopes, and turned in at uniform handout. DCF will take care of mailing all letters out. 
• Families are required to complete volunteer hours throughout the season. These hours include assisting with the concession stand, time clock, chain crew, field set-up/clean-up, safety officer and video recording. DCF is solely run by volunteers. More information will be communicated at the beginning of our season by the DCF Board.
