AGES:

• Smurfs: Kindergarten and first year 1st graders
• Rinks: First, Second & Third grade
• Ponies: Fourth & Fifth grade
• Midgets: Sixth & Seventh grade
  

• Registration Fee: $200
• Raffle Ticket Buy-Out (Mandatory): $100
• Jersey: $40 (Size chart is located under the Registration tab.

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate, report card and Insurance card must be uploaded at the time of registration.
• Physicals are to be completed and uploaded before our August 5th or your child will not be able to practice. You must use the physical form located under FORMS.
• To upload physicals after you are registered:
  • log into your account
  • Click on the pencil beside your child's name as shown below
  • Click the + beside Physical and upload document
  • Submit
• All new players are require to order a jersey. The Jersey size chart is located under FORMS.
• Families are required to print 10 Cougar Football Challenge letters (located under FORMS). These should be filled out, put into addressed/stamped envelopes, and turned in at uniform handout. DCF will take care of mailing all letters out. 
• Families are required to complete volunteer segments throughout the season. These segments include assisting with the concession stand, time clock, chain crew, field set-up/clean-up and video recording. DCF is solely run by volunteers. More information will be communicated at the beginning of our season by the DCF Board. 

• Voluntary Mini-Camp: July 18-20th and July 25th-27th 6-7:30 pm at Cougar Field 
• Heat Acclimation Practices (shorts/sneakers): July 31st - Aug 3rd 6-7:30 pm
• Full Pads Practices: (pads/helmets/cleats): 
• August 7th-August 10th practices will be held Monday-Friday - 6-7:30 pm 
• Week of August 14th practices will be held Monday-Thursday - 6-8 pm
• Week of August 28th to end of season practices will be held Tuesday-Thursday
• (ALL practices are from 6-8p at Cougar Field)
• Games: Will be held on Saturday or Sunday
